Couples
Therapy
Relationships evolve with time, and often need support and repair. Couples therapy is an opportunity to dedicate time and effort to a restorative process. Each person is encouraged to identify and express their needs, while also holding space for the needs of their partner. We consider the co-created dynamics that result from each person's emotions and actions. We work toward repairing negative cycles and increasing emotional and physical intimacy and connection.
The couples I see often come to address intimacy concerns, emotional injuries, affair behavior, parenting, communication, and conflict. They come from a variety of gender and sexuality identities and relationship structures, including monogamous and ethically non-monogamous relationships.
